What we respond to

• Installer corrections. If your MCS profile has changed and our directory is out of date, send the new details and we'll update at the next refresh.
• Removed your MCS certification. Email us with your MCS number and we'll remove the listing.
• Editorial corrections. If a figure or claim in one of our guides is wrong or out of date, tell us where and we'll fix it.
• Source suggestions. If you know of a credible primary source we should be citing, send it.

What we don't do

• We don't take quote requests, design heat pumps, or recommend specific installers. Contact installers directly via their profile.
• We don't host lead-generation forms or sell visitor data.
• We don't handle BUS grant applications — your installer does that.
• We don't mediate disputes between homeowners and installers. The MCS workmanship warranty and the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) handle that.

For installers

All MCS-certified heat pump installers appear in our directory automatically. There is no fee to be listed, and no fee to be removed. Email us if your details need updating.
